At the same time we realise that our audit should not be a distraction. Unlike many audit firms we work predominantly offsite at our own offices and will only be at your offices when it is convenient for you and for the shortest time possible (see Why Caatalyst?.)
It is equally important that your supplier relationships are maintained throughout the process. Whilst adopting a forensic and persistent approach to possible recoveries we always treat your suppliers with friendliness and professionalism. We understand that we act as ambassadors for your brand and business.
Our audit is driven by sophisticated in-house software (DATAmine TM) which analyses a copy of your historic data for possible supplier and tax overpayments. In addition our audit team undertake a thorough review of all current supplier generated documentation to highlight items that may not appear in your data set.
Our spend analysis reports provided free with the audit can help you gain insight into your supplier spend and enable better focus on making the best buying decisions (see Spend Analysis).
At the end of the audit (and as part of our fee) we will help you understand the reasons for the items recovered and then help you reduce these in the future via our unique feedback programme.
