We understand that our Clients want to learn the lessons from the audit work that we carry out for them.

At the end of the audit programme we provide a detailed Findings Report detailing every item found along with a likely cause of the recovery. The Report can be customised by the Client by supplier, recovery type, currency, region and period.

In addition Caatalyst can carry out our unique Accounts Payable Workshop with your finance team. This session is facilitated by Caatalyst in an informal way. We highlight some of the key recoveries and the reasons for them. We bring your team into the discussion on how to put the issues right.

All of this feedback coupled with our experience of working with all types of control environments enables us to then come up with a concise and relevant Best Practices Recommendations Report. The report will contain insights from your own team and we have found it a great way to get the Client team behind future systems improvements.

It may be that there are a number of straightforward, inexpensive changes that you can make to your processes to significantly reduce the levels of profit leakage.
